Skyscape is an upscale 27 story condominium development in the heart of the Elliot Park neighborhood adjacent to downtown Minneapolis. CLOSE Landscape Architecture + was retained by Built Form Architecture to design several distinct outdoor spaces associated with the building, including a first floor entryway and courtyard and a 6th floor terrace with a bowling green and outdoor fireplace. The south facing terrace will serve as an outdoor social gathering and recreational space where residents will be able to enjoy views of the downtown skyline, sunbathe, lawn bowl, and have outdoor cookouts. The groundfloor courtyard along Portland Avenue will have a granite water wall and will serve as an outdoor seating area for an associated indoor retail space.
