Lilly Residence

The owners of this Minneapolis lakes district residence retained CLOSE Landscape Architecture+ to assist with reconstruction of their landscape after an extensive renovation to their home. During the design process, it was determined that the best solution for the property was to vacate and remove the City street which existed as a dead end in front of their residence.

The design includes a new clay brick paved driveway, several site walls, walks, a perimeter fence, reflecting pool and extensive garden design.

This project was the winner of a design award from the Minnesota chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects.
